Terms of Service

1. Service description

Launchy provides professional landing page creation with delivery in less than 24 hours, accompanied by monthly hosting. The client provides business information via a briefing form, and Launchy delivers a ready-to-review page.

2. Pricing and payment

• Creation fee: $297 USD (one-time). Under our current model, payment occurs after the client reviews and approves the landing page. We reserve the right to require upfront payment without prior notice.
• Hosting: $47/month, automatically charged via Stripe starting from month 2. Month 1 is free.

3. Approval and publication

After receiving the landing page preview, the client may:

• Approve: the page is published and payment is processed.
• Request changes: adjustments within the original scope are allowed before approval.
• Decline: the client pays nothing. Launchy may use the page as portfolio.

4. Refund policy

Given our post-approval payment model, no standard refund policy applies, as clients approve before paying. Post-approval changes are charged separately and are not included in the original contract.

5. Hosting and cancellation

• The hosting subscription may be cancelled at any time with no penalties.
• After cancellation, the landing page is automatically deactivated at the end of the paid period.
• In case of non-payment, the landing page is suspended until the account is brought current.

6. Intellectual property

Upon payment of the creation fee, the client holds rights to the unique content (copy and layout) of their landing page. Launchy retains the right to display the page as portfolio work unless the client expressly requests removal.

7. Limitation of liability

Launchy is not liable for loss of sales, revenue, or business opportunities arising from temporary server unavailability, technical failures, force majeure events, or incomplete information provided by the client.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. For international clients, disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal action is taken.
