Launchy (launchyexpress.com) is a marketing platform that provides landing page creation and social media management/scheduling services, operated by Raphael Okami, based in Brazil. This document describes how Launchy collects, uses, and protects your personal data.

2. Data we collect

• Identity data: name, email, phone (WhatsApp).
• Business data: service description, target audience, and differentiators — submitted via the briefing form.
• Payment data: processed exclusively by Stripe; we never store card numbers.
• Usage data: access logs for preview and briefing pages.
• Connected social accounts: when you connect a third-party account (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook), we store the access tokens needed to publish content on your behalf, and basic profile information (account ID, username) to identify the connected account.

3. How we use your data

• To create and deliver your landing page based on the briefing.
• To send the preview link by email or WhatsApp.
• To process payment and manage the hosting subscription.
• To communicate important updates about your service.
• To publish and schedule the content you create to the social media accounts you have connected and authorized.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own commercial purposes.

4. Third parties and subprocessors

• Stripe: payment processing.
• Supabase: database and authentication.
• Resend: transactional email delivery.
• Vercel: application hosting.
• TikTok, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), and YouTube: when you connect these accounts, we access them via their official APIs solely to publish content you schedule. You can revoke this access at any time from your account settings.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as there is an active contractual relationship. After termination, data is deleted within 90 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access, correct, or update your personal data.
• Request portability or deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
